Bangladesh Health Professions Institute (BHPI) invites application from eligible candidates for admission in different undergraduate programs (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech and Language Therapy) under session 2012-13. Last date of application: December 5, 2012.

Eligibility:
- Applicants must have total GPA 7.00 in SSC &
HSC with Biology, Physics & Chemistry, and at least GPA 3.00 individually in SSC and HSC
- Applicants must pass SSC in 2009/ 2010 & HSC in 2011/2012.
Apply Procedure:
Application form can be collected by paying non-refundable Tk. 700 from BHPI office, CRP, Savar, or BHPI, CRP-Mirpur,
Mirpur 14, Dhaka (opposite side of Govt. Homeopathic Medical College) during
office time
or
Application form can also be downloaded from website. After filling the downloaded application form, it should be submitted above mentioned address. Admit card can be collect by depositing TK.700 only.
