1. Second class or GPA 2.5 out of 5 both in SSC and HSC
examinations.
2. Second class or GPA 2.3 out of 4 in 4 years Bachelor (in honors) degree or equivalent or second class in 3 years Bachelor degree with one year Master degree or equivalent or second class in two years Bachelor (pass) degree with 2 years Master Degree or equivalent from any recognized University.

admission test schedule for graduate (Hon’s) courses for session 2012-13. The decision was taken yesterday at the
meeting of Deans Committee According to the decision admission test of A
unit (Science) will be held on 12 October 2012, B unit (Arts) on 19 October
2012, C unit (Business Studies) on 2 November 2012, D unit (Sociology) on 9
November 2012 .

BSMRSTU to open 6 New Departments.
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and
Technology University (BSMRSTU) is going to open six new departments. The six
new departments are Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Pharmacy, Analytical
and Environmental Chemistry, Statistics, Economics and Social Science. The
activities of the six new departments will be started from the academic year of
2012-2013

admission test dates for hon’s first year for session 2012-13.Admission Committee fixed the dates in a meeting chaired by
VC Professor Dr. Abdul Jalil
According to the decision the exam will be held on November 16

SUST Hon's 1st Year Admission Test Dates Declared
Shahjalal University
of Science & Technology (SUST) authority announced the admission test dates
(Hon’s 1st year) for session 2012-13. According to the schedule the
Admission test of A unit (Social Science) will be taken on November 17, 2012 and B unit (Science) on November 24, 2012.
The dates were fixed in a meeting of the deans committee
which was held on July 25, 2012

Jahangirnagar University (JU) Admission Test 13-21 Oct.
Jahangirnagar University (JU) admission test (Hon’s 1st
year) for session 2012-13 will start on October 13, 2012 and it will continue to October 21, 2012. No exam will be
held on Friday.
The decision was made at a meeting of the central admission
test committee headed by Jahangirnagar University VC Prof. Anwar Hossain.

Dhaka University
has announced the admission test schedule for graduate (Hon’s) courses for
session 2012-13. According to the schedule admission test of Ka unit will be
held on 12 October 2012,
Kha unit on 19 October 2012,
Ga unit on 2 November 2012,
Gha unit on 9 November 2012
and Cha unit on 16 November 2012.
Admission seekers can get application forms on the
university website: www.admission.univdhaka.edu
from Aug 26 and the last date of submission is Sep 15.
Admission fee and Admission requirements will remain the
same as of last year.
